John Gaffney is a professional property manager who has spent his career overseeing a 47-unit industrial complex in northeast Ohio, just outside of Cleveland. Over these 15 years, John developed and implemented lease pricing strategies that successfully maximized company profitability, revenue, and occupancy rates, year over year. Additionally, he has developed outstanding negotiation, communication and customer service skills.
John has since leveraged his extensive knowledge of commercial property, along with his experience interfacing with attorneys, local officials, and contractors, to become a commercial real estate agent with Keller Williams. In addition to commercial real estate he also represents clients with buying and selling residential and land properties.
